Our Commitment to Quality

 

We take pride in preparing high-quality, delicious gluten-free baked goods. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our premises. Please be aware that because our products are perishable food items, our return and refund policy is different from that of a standard retail store.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, whether purchased in-store or online.

 

Refunds for Quality or Order Errors

We will issue a refund or store credit in the following situations:

  1. Product Quality Issues: If a product you receive is determined to be unfit for consumption (e.g., moldy, significantly undercooked, or spoiled) when picked up or delivered.

  2. Order Errors: If you received an item that you did not order (e.g., you ordered a cake but received cupcakes).

 

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, you must notify us within 7 day of picking up or receiving your order.

Your request must include:

  • Your name and order number.

  • A clear explanation of the issue.

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or quality issue.

Please send your request and photos to lemmingtons13@gmail.com or bring the item back to the store (if safe to transport) after contacting us. 

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we cannot verify the quality issue or if the product has been significantly consumed.

 

Damages Caused by Handling or Storage

We are not responsible for product damages that occur after the item has been picked up or delivered (e.g., dropping a cake, melting due to improper storage, or damage incurred during transport by the customer or delivery partner). Please refer to any provided storage instructions to maintain the quality of your baked goods.

 

Allergy/Dietary Information

We supply all allergy information on the website, It is the customer's responsibility to review all ingredient information for their own dietary needs or allergies While all our products are gluten-free, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination for other allergens (like nuts or dairy) as we operate in a shared facility/use shared equipment.
