Behind Lemmingtons
Lemmingtons is the passion project of Adam, a chef with over 15 years of culinary experience. The journey began in July 2023 when Adam received a life-changing diagnosis: coeliac disease.
Frustrated by the dry and uninspiring gluten-free options available in supermarkets, he decided to take matters into his own hands.
Adam started experimenting in his kitchen, creating delicious gluten-free treats for events and, most importantly, for his friends and family to sample. The overwhelmingly positive feedback ignited a new idea, and in March 2024, Lemmingtons was born, initially offering tempting sample boxes as a sneak peek of what was to come.
However, just as things were getting started, Adam faced an unexpected setback. In June 2024, health issues arose, leading to a recommendation to avoid strenuous activities. With a heavy heart, he put Lemmingtons on hold.
But Adam's passion for fantastic gluten free options couldn't be kept down for long. By February 2025, his health had significantly improved.
With the invaluable help of Dani, working countless hours along side her full time job, Lemmingtons was back up and running by April 2025 and the response has been nothing short of amazing!
